Oxfam commissioned OnePoll to find out what people actually wear and found that most women rarely shift from their maximum-five-outfit loop, while just over half of men said 30% of their clothes never see the light of day. Women too admit that around one-third of the pieces they own are never worn.The survey of 1,000 adults showed that most women stick with one pair of jeans, four T-shirts and three knits in various combinations and one reason many of their other clothes stay firmly in their drawers or wardrobes is because many items simply don’t fit.
